OUR POLICIES
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This enables any paper work, restroom visit, or magazine time to take place prior your appointment.
If you are 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. A rescheduled appointment is at the clients' expense.
Please understand you must have 10-14 days of growth or 1/4 inch of growth for an effective waxing service.
24 hour cancellation is appreciated
The Monkey accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. The Monkey no longer accepts personal checks or American Express cards.
After one "No-Show" appointment, we reserve the right to take a credit card number to ensure your next appointment. However, if you choose not to provide a credit card number, you are ALWAYS welcome to walk-in for an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If by chance you notice hair remaining in waxed area after a visit, please call within 24 hours of appointment, so we can schedule you within 48 hours to redo your service at our cost.
Walk-ins are welcomed. The best time to try is 10 minutes before the hour. We may not be able to accommodate every walk-in, but we will try our best!
Children are welcomed in the room during your service. Please let us know when you schedule your service that you will be bringing a child/children with you. We may have to do some "creative booking" to accommodate your needs, but we are willing.
You MUST be 18 years old or have a parent present at appointment.
We can appreciate that the first time waxer might be nervous and would like a friend in the room for support or encouragement, but it is our policy that only the person receiving the service can be in the room. Our rooms are small and having a third person in the room interferes with efficiency and quality of the service. The ONLY exception is the parent of a minor being waxed

Finally, we recognize that our estheticians have different personalities and different techniques; if you feel that your service was not what you had anticipated, please feel free to request a different esthetician at your next visit. We value you as a Monkey client and want to find the best fit for your needs.
